TCNDK series worm gear units have been designed based on the modular format system. All types of IEC motors can be fitted. The TCNDK25 is supplied filled with synthetic long-life oil grade ISO VG 320. The housing is Aluminium.
The TCNDK worm gearbox is constructed with an airtight and dustproof aluminium gear casing and benefits from being able to be installed in the open air. No extra servicing is required for our worm gearboxes which are sealed for life.
How do I work out my gearbox ratio?
To work out the final RPM of the gearbox, use the equation below.
Motor RPM ÷ Gearbox Ratio = Final Output Speed

Mounting Orientation
The TCNDK Gearboxes are pre-filled with synthetic oil. This has to be filed according to the orientation that the gearbox will be used in and must be specced when purchasing to avoid invalidating the warranty and premature failure of the gearbox.
