EMAS Switches can be used for a variety of applications to suit your needs. This foot switch is used for controlling machinery where operating with the hands is not possible, they are used to start and stop processes. Depending not environment, different switches are required with varying degrees of protection and user safety. An identical switch can be provided with a 1 metre cable on request.
This foot switch features a durable black thermoplastic exterior with an ingress protection rating of IP30. This means it is protected against solid objects larger than 2.5mm (such as tools or fingers) but offers no protection against dust or liquids. It is designed for use in clean, dry indoor settings.
