IXYS Thyristor Package VHF 28 - 16 io5 - For Controlled Field Bridges
Half controlled rectifier bridge. Isolated base to 3600 V. Comprising of two diodes and two thyristors and a reverse polarity (freewheel) diode across terminals 2 and 8. Can also be used in Sprint 800 DC drives as a replacement. Used in some Sprint PL, SL DC drives.
