EMAS Switches can be used for a variety of applications to suit your needs. This foot switch is used for controlling machinery where operating with the hands is not possible, they are used to start and stop processes. Depending on the environment, different switches are required with varying degrees of protection and user safety.
This foot switch features a robust aluminium exterior with an ingress protection rating of IP30. This provides protection against solid objects larger than 2.5mm (such as tools and thick wires), making it ideal for clean, dry indoor environments. Please note that this model does not provide protection against dust or water ingress.
