This foot switch is used for controlling machinery where operating with the hands is not possible, they are used to start and stop processes. Depending not environment, different switches are required with varying degrees of protection and user safety. An identical switch can be provided with a 1 metre cable on request.
This foot switch has a black exterior protected with an ingress protection of IP65, meaning it is entirely protected from any dust ingress and has limited protection against any water ingress such as low-pressure water jets from any direction.
